You can remove them from the smoker after 4 hours and enjoy with family.

Take a large bowl and put 4 garlic heads, balsamic vinegar, basil, pepper, and salt. Let this mixture be marinated for about 15 minutes. Take the eggplant in another bowl and sprinkle the marinated mixture over it. Mix all the ingredients properly and cook them for half an hour and serve them with some olive oil.
